Raw material vendors undergo rigorous scrutiny in order to be qualified. After qualification, every delivery is quality inspected before the material can even be unloaded at our facility. Acceptable materials are unloaded, and the results are feed forward to tune the final production recipe. During production, in-process sampling is utilized to fine tune the product. All finished products are then inspected – 100% testing. Any rejected product is reviewed to determine a source cause and improvement plan. This process provides a consistent, high quality product- and a continuous improvement to meet the needs of tomorrow.
